摘要
目的:观察自拟祛风保肝汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效。方法:将86例CHB患者随机分为治疗组(45例)与对照组(41例),治疗组与对照组两组患者均给予阿德福韦酯片,每日口服10mg。治疗组加服自拟祛风保肝汤煎剂,每日服1剂,疗程48周。并于第4、12、24、48周时检测患者血清HBV-DNA水平、HBeAg转阴率、ALT复常率。结果:与治疗前相比较治疗组和对照组在降低HBV-DNA水平都有较好的效果(P<0.01),在治疗12周后治疗组疗效较对照组明显(P<0.05),治疗24、48周后治疗组在降低HBV-DNA水平的疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);在治疗12、24、48周后血清HBeAg转阴率治疗组比对照组明显增高(P<0.01);在治疗12周后治疗组血清ALT复常率较对照组明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:自拟祛风保肝汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗CHB,可提高CHB患者抗病毒治疗的疗效,促进肝功能恢复,提高临床疗效。
Objective： Observation of Self-Qufeng Liver Decoction adefovir dipivoxil tablets in treatment of chronic hepatitis B （CHB） of the clinical efficacy. Methods： The 86 patients with CHB were randomly divided into treatment group （45 cases） and control group （41 cases）, treatment group and the control group two patients were given adefovir dipivoxil tablets daily oral 10mg. Self-service treatment group Qufeng Liver Tang decoction daily serving a course of treatment 48 weeks. And was first detected at week 4, 12, 24, 48 serum HBV-DNA level, HBeAg seroconversion rate, ALT normalization rate. Results： Before treatment compared with the treatment group and control group in reducing the level of HBV-DNA has a good effect （P〈0.01）, in the treatment of 12 weeks post-treatment group than in the control group was significantly （P〈0.05）, treatment 24, 48 weeks after the treatment group in reducing the efficacy of HBV-DNA levels were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）; in the treatment of 12, 24, 48 weeks after the serum HBeAg negative conversion rate in the treated group than in the control group was significantly higher （P〈0.01）; in the treatment group after 12 weeks of treatment serum ALT normalization rate was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Self-Qufeng Liver Decoction adefovir dipivoxil tablets in treatment of CHB, patients with CHB can improve the efficacy of antiviral therapy to promote recovery of liver function and improve clinical efficacy.
