摘要 介绍了生物细胞固定化技术的发展,对各类固定化方法进行了比较和分析,分析了藻类净化污水的原理和影响固定藻去除效率的因素,综述了固定藻技术在污水处理领域的研究进展。指出固定藻技术可以强化氮、磷和重金属的去除效果,非常适合于小型污水处理厂的深度处理,对碳氮比低而氮磷偏高的污水处理具有较好的应用前景。 The paper introduces the development of the technique of biological cell immobilization and analyses all immobilization methods as well as the principle of sewage treatment by immobilized algae and the influence factors of removal efficiency. Also reviewed is the advances in immobilized algae technology in sewage treatment. The author holds that immobilized algae technology could increase the removal of nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metal, which is suitable for advanced treatment in small sewage plants, and has a good application prospect in the treatment of sewage becuase of its advantages such as low carbon nitrogen ratio, high nitrogen & phosphorus concentration.
