摘要
目的:观测大鼠心脏左右心室心肌氮能神经元及神经纤维的形态及分布,为探讨氮能神经在左右心室的分布及其疾病发生发展中的作用提供形态学资料。方法:采用免疫组织化学NADPH法显示大鼠心脏左右心室氮能神经元及神经纤维的形态与分布。结果:在大鼠左心室心肌内有较多氮能神经元和神经纤维分布。胞体呈梭形、三角形等多种形状。在大鼠右心室心肌内有较少氮能神经元和神经纤维分布。胞体呈圆形、蝌蚪形和椭圆形等多种形状。氮能神经纤维呈串珠状、条索状、细线状及不定形状,其走向多与心肌纤维长轴平行。氮能神经元及纤维的数密度和面密度左心室高于右心室,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:左右心室心肌中均有氮能神经元及神经纤维的分布,提示氮能神经参与心室生理功能和病理过程的调节。
Objective: To observe the morphology and distribution of the nitrogenous neurons and nerve fibers in the rat left and right ventricular myocardium in an effort to explore the effect of the nitrogenous neuron distribution in the left and right ventricular myoeardium on the development of related diseases. Methods:The NADPH immunohistochemieal assay was used to show the morphology and distribution of nitrogenous neurons and nerve fibers in the rat left and right ventrieular myoeardium. Results: A great number of nitrogenous neurons and nerve fibers were distributed in the rat left ventrieular myoeardium,with the neurons showing fusiform or triangle shape,while less N-neurons and nerve fibers were distributed in the rat right ventrieular myoeardium, with the neurons showing round, tadpole or oval shape. The nitrogenous nerve fibers showed bead-like, cord-like, thin shape and variable shape and their directions were mostly parallel with the longer axis of the myocardial fiber. The volume density and numerical density of the nitrogenous neurons and fibers were higher in the left ventricle than those of the right ventricle,with a significant difference (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The distribution of nitrogenous neurons and nerve fibers in the rat left and right ventrieular myoeardium suggests that nitrogenous neurons may be involved in the regulation of physiological function and pathologic process.
