摘要
当前西部多民族地区较为突出的社会稳定问题呈现出许多新的特点,其成因主要包括社会主义市场经济体制的深化、社会转型的推进、城市化的双重效应、发展模式的转变和精神文化的塑造。要实现西部多民族地区的长治久安,应着力于发展以保障民生的社会建设、塑造"善治"的政府管理、发挥少数民族社会精英的作用、塑造多元统一的新型民族文化、依法严格管理。
The current prominent social stability question in west regions that are inhabited by many nationali- ties, presents many new characteristics, its origin mainly includes the deepening of socialist market economic system, the advance- ment of social transformation, the dual effects of urbanization, the development model transformation and the molding of energetic culture. To realize the long - term peace and good governance in west regions that are inhabited by many nationalities, we should try in developing the social construction taking safeguarding the livelihood of the people as the goal, molding ＂good governance＂ for governmental management, displaying national minority society outstanding person＇s function, molding new national culture with multi -dimensional unification, managing legally and strictly.
