热电动势法(TEMF)快速测定微碳铬铁硅含量时其它组分对分析结果影响的研究

摘要 实验研究了TEMF法快速测定做碳铬铁中硅含量时其它组分对分析结果的影响。结果表明:当硅、铬含量一定时,样品中碳含量在0.02%-0.15%、磷含量在0.020%-0.040%、硫含量在0.020%-0.040%范围内变化对硅含量的测试值无影响;当硅、碳,磷及硫含量一定时,铬含量在50%-77%范围内变化对硅的测试值亦无影响。 The effect of the other composition in extra low carbon ferrochromium to the analysis result while rapadly determining silicon content with TEMF was tested. The result showed that when C content in the sample variated from 0. 02% %0. 15%,P from 0.020%-0.040%, S from 0.020%-0.040% in the condition of Siand Cr contents were constant, the silicon determining value could not be affected. When Si,C, P and S contents were costant, and Cr content was between 50 % -77 %,the silicon determining value could not be affected too.
