摘要
近年来袭警行为在我国有愈演愈烈之势,严重地影响到国家公务行为的正常开展,侵犯了人民警察的人身权利。因此,有必要分析袭警行为的现状、特点,解读袭警行为的内部原因和外部原因,在此基础上,探讨袭警问题的法律反应机制。
It is necessary to analyze the status of the violence, the behavior, characteristics, and then find out the internal causes and external causes for such violence. On this basis, we can explore the law response mechanisms for the violence.
