摘要
通过对冷三氯乙酸法、热三氯乙酸法、冷酚法、热酚法、曲拉通-114法和十二烷基磺酸钠法提取双歧杆菌磷壁酸的比较研究,筛选出可以大量提取磷壁酸的方法。结果证明6种方法抽提液中磷含量分别为270.16、298.59、123.47、130.50、112.03、168.23μg/mL,可见冷三氯乙酸法、热三氯乙酸法提取最多;6种方法均无蛋白质残留,但抽提液中都有微量的核酸物质。冷、热三氯乙酸可进一步研究作为工业提取磷壁酸的方法。
This article studies the way to extract teichoic acid of Bifidobacterium, which contain cold trichloroacetic acid (TCA) method; hot TCA method; cold-phol method; heat-phol method; triton-114 ( TX-114 ) method; sodium dodecylsul- phate(SDS) method. The results proved that the content of phosphorus are 270.16,298.59,123.47,130.50,112.03, 168.23 μg/mL,there are not residual protein,but have a small amount of nucleic acids material,it need to further studled teichoic acid were extracted by TCA.
