适应职业发展需求的本科人才培养模式构建:ANU的经验考察

摘要 通过在澳大利亚国立大学(ANU)为期半年的考察,笔者发现该校在本科人才培养模式上富有鲜明的职业导向特色,不少经验值得借鉴:在学位设置上,该校在单学位和双学位基础上设立了标识优秀毕业生的"荣誉学位"制度;在课程建设上,给学生提供相当大的选修空间,且实行选修课与必修课相同的学分和要求;在教学方法上,实行大班授课与小班辅导相结合的教学模式,注重创新和学术诚实性的严格考核制度。 Through a visit to the Australian National University over half a year, the author finds out that the ANU is of career-oriented characteristics with its undergraduate education. Not a few of its experiences are worth to be used as a source of reference for China's universities. Firstly, in addition to its single and combined bachelor degrees, the ANU sets up a kind of honours program which labels excellent bachelors. Secondly, in curriculum system, the ANU provides rather flexible opportunities for students to select needed curricula and gives the same credits (units) and requirements for both compulsory and elective ones. Thirdly, in the teaching methodology, it adopts the classroom teaching model such as the combination of lectures in big classes and tutorials in small classes as well as the assessment system which emphasizes students' originality and academic honesty.
