摘要
模糊聚类分析是一种应用广泛,可以按照一定要求和规律将事物进行分类的模糊数学方法。本文在模糊集合论基础上,研究了模糊聚类分析方法在虚拟团队关键成功因素中的应用。通过分析得出模糊聚类结果,表明影响虚拟团队的关键成功因素体现在不同的维度上,并且其重要性有所区别。最后本文依据分析结果,针对性地总结了虚拟团队的管理策略,以求提升虚拟团队管理的科学性和有效性。
Fuzzy cluster analysis is a widely applied fuzzy mathematics method. This paper studies on the application of fuzzy cluster analysis in critical success factors of virtual team by using its fuzzy set theory. The results show that the influencing factors of virtual team are reflected in different aspects and their signifieanees are different. At last, in order to enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of virtual team management, we advanced the management strategy of virtual team based on fuzzy cluster analysis.
