骨关节炎和骨质疏松:骨髓间充质干细胞与成骨细胞 被引量:2

摘要 骨关节炎和骨质疏松是最常见的两种骨代谢异常疾病。骨髓间充质干细胞和成骨细胞广泛存在于骨髓及松质骨中,对骨代谢有重要作用。本文对近年关于骨髓间充质干细胞和成骨细胞与这两种疾病关系的研究结果进行一综述,分析这两类细胞在不同骨代谢异常中的特点,以此增加对骨关节炎和骨质疏松发病机制的认识,希望能为临床更有针对性诊疗和预防骨代谢异常疾病提供一定帮助。
