摘要
随着图书馆现代化的深入和发展,图书馆自动化设备的品种和数量日益增多,售后服务存在诸多问题:销售商"失踪"售后"无门"、自动化设备服务信息不全、销售商技术水平有限、服务网络布局不合理等。应通过设置售后服务保证金、建立自动化设备信息卡和管理系统、加强销售商技术力量、建立售后服务网点和信息中心、传授自动化设备的使用技术等途径加以改进。
With the deepening and development of libraries modernization, types and quantities of library automation equipment increase, and after-sales service has many problems: the seller "missing" and after-sales services ,'squeezing out", automatic equipment services information is inadequate, the seller's technical level is limited, serving network layout is unreasonable. These problems could be solved by establishing the after-sales service earnest, establishing the automatic equipment information card and the managing system, enhancing the seller's technical abilities, establishing the after-sales service site and the information center, teaching the automatic equipment usage skills, and so on.
