Analysis of Managers′Competence and its Affecting Factors

摘要 随着企业组织结构的变革,企业的经营权和所有权分离,职业经理人迅速发展起来,管理者胜任特征的研究也越来越受到各类组织的关注。本文基于胜任特征研究的相关理论及成果,分析了胜任特征在个体潜在特质、个体能力成熟度以及管理职能曲线上的发展。同时,分析了胜任特征的影响因素。以此指导个体胜任特征研究在企业管理实践方面的应用。 With the change of organizational structure and the separation of enterprises' management rights and ownership, managers' competency gets more and more attention from all kinds of organizations. Based on relevant literature review, this paper analyzes the potential traits of individuals, people capability maturity, and functional development. At the same time, this paper analyzes the influence factors of competency which will be benefit for managerial activities in practice.
