摘要
针对润滑油溶剂精制生产过程,开发了抽出液装置双效蒸发控制系统,并详细阐述了该系统的控制方法、控制方案以及模型参数算法。应用试验结果表明,双效蒸发控制系统能够满足溶剂精制抽出液装置生产工艺的要求,并能够降低能耗并提高产品回收率。
The two-stage evaporation control system in extracted solution system was developed to solve lubricating oil solvent refining process. The control method, control scheme and model parameters algorithm of the system were detailed elaborated. The application test shows that the two-stage evaporation control system can meet the production technology of solvent refining extracted solution device needs, and reduce energy consumption, meanwhile, improve yield of product.
