摘要
目的:适应生殖医学专科的发展,探讨人类辅助生殖技术中心的护理管理。方法:制订各项护理管理制度,规范新技术的护理常规。对生殖技术中心的护理人员、患者、手术室、贵重仪器、一次性耗材、病案、随访等实施规范合理的管理。结果:该生殖技术中心每年体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)从2005年的70个周期上升到2008年的240个周期,人工授精从50个周期上升到120个周期。2007年顺利通过卫生部人类辅助生育技术准入评审,获得正式运行资质。结论:完善了生殖技术中心管理制度,规范了护理管理,明显提高了护理人员自身素质,提高了护理质量,适应生殖技术医学专科发展的需要。
Objective： To explore the nursing management in assisted reproductive technology center. Methods： The authors set up a nursing management system, including a set of management policies and routines, to manage the staff, patients, operating rooms, equipments, medical materials, and information. Results： The reproductive techniques in our center, including in vitro fertilization-embryotransfer （IVF-ET） and artificial insemination, improved after effective management. And we got accreditation of human assisted repro-ductive technology by Ministry of Health in 2007. Conclusion： It was facilitated to im-prove care quality and center development after implementing effective nursing management.
