摘要
传统五电平逆变器所用开关器件较多,而五开关五电平逆变器简化了拓扑结构。分析五开关五电平逆变器的工作机理,给出其基于载波的SPWM控制的思路,进而提出五开关五电平逆变器的载波交错SPWM控制方法与FPGA实现手段。通过载波周期性正、负交错,采用调制波分层、分区的正弦脉宽调制方式,获得五电平输出电压的开关控制信号。仿真结果从理论上证明其开关损耗小,输出电压的谐波特性与H桥级联型一致。实验结果表明其在整个幅值调制比范围内都适用。仿真与实验结果验证了五开关五电平逆变器的载波交错SPWM控制方法的可行性与有效性。
The conventional five-level inverters need more power switches.While the topology of a five-level inverter with only five switches is simpler.The principle of the simple one is analysed first,then the SPWM control idea based on carriers is presented,so the carriers-staggered SPWM control method based on a five-switch five-level inverter and the implementing method by FPGA are obtained.The carriers are staggered periodically with the modulation signal,and the modulation signal is divided as layers and divisions with the sinusoidal PWM manner,at the same time.The corresponding switching control signals are obtained.The simulation results indicate that the switch loss is less,and the characteristic of harmonics is the same to cascaded H-bridge.In addition,the experimental results prove that CS-SPWM control method is applicable during the whole modulation range.Both of the simulation and experimental results verified the feasibility and validity of the carriers-staggered SPMW control method based on a five-switched five-level inverter.
