摘要
目的:观察宽叶缬草(ValerianaOficinalisVarLatifoliaMiq,VOL)油对实验性高血脂家兔血脂代谢的影响。方法:32只健康雄性大耳白兔采用免疫损伤合并高胆固醇喂饲45d,复制高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)模型,然后随机分为四组(每组8只):(1)动脉粥样硬化模型对照组(CAS组);(2)小剂量VOL组(VOL1组);(3)大剂量VOL组(VOL2组);(4)舒降之组(Simvastatin,ST组)。继续喂养60d。于实验前、实验第45、75、105d分别抽血检测血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果:VOL油能显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C,升高HDL-C,VOL2组及ST组与CAS组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);VOL1组与ST组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of valeriana officinalis varlatifolia miq(VOL) oil on the blood lipid metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemic rabbits.Methods:Injured by immunoreaction and fed with 1.5% cholesterol diet for 45 days,the 32 male rabbits were randomly divided into four groups(8 in each): atherosclerosis control group (CAS, fed with common diet),low-dose VOL group(VOL 1, common diet + VOL oil 150 mg/day). High-dose VOL group (VOL 2,common diet + VOL oil 500 mg/day), simvastatin group (ST, common diet + ST 5mg/day).The experiment lasted 105 days.Blood samples were collected before the experiment and 45 days, 75 days and 105 days after the experiment from all the rabbits for measurement of serum total cholesterol (TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) respectively.Results:TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly lowered in VOL 2 and ST groups(P<0.01,P<0.05),compared with CA group.Serum lipid had no significant differences in VOL 1 group,compared with ST group(P>0.05).Conclusion:VOL oil plays a significant role in the modification of lipid.
