摘要
目的：寻找一种经济、简便分离培养细菌Ｌ型的方法。方法：用血琼脂培养直接从临床慢性感染性疾病标本中分离细菌Ｌ型，Ｌ型培养作对照。结果：血琼脂培养可用于分离Ｌ型，并保持了传统Ｌ型的特性。结论：此法可靠、简便、易行、适应临床推广应用。
Objective:To find a simple and economical method of dissociation of L-bacteria through blood agar cultivation.Methods:The dissociation was carried out directly through blood agar cultivation of the specimens from clinical patients with infectious diseases.Results:The isolation of L-bacteria through agar cultivation maintained the traditional characteristics of the bacteria.Conclusion:This method is proved to be simple, easy, credible and appropriate for the clinical practice.
