摘要
从新《消防法》的消防验收改革入手,讨论了消防验收与建设工程竣工验收的关系,论证了作为专项验收的消防验收制度应该与建设工程竣工验收备案衔接一致,分析了工程质量监督机构、备案机关、公安消防机构在消防验收备案中的责任,解释了新《消防法》中易引发的歧义,并提出了改进建议。
Based on fire control acceptance reform in new Fire Fighting Law ,relation between fire control and construction finish acceptance is discussed, a special fire-fighting system should acceptance inspection and construction project completion acceptance record cohesion is demonstrated, the engineering consistent quality watchdog, organs, public security fire control institutions in the responsibility is analyzed, fire acceptance record explained the new law of ambiguity caused hereby liable for the new law, and puts forward Suggestions for improvement are hereby.
