摘要
运用投入产出模型,基于2005年浙江省投入产出表,从投入结构、产出结构,中间需求率、中间投入率、感应度系数、影响力系数等指标,定量测度浙江省旅游业的产业关联与产业波及效应。结果表明:(1)浙江省旅游业的内部关联、"自产自销"特征非常明显,加强旅游企业之间的分工协作尤为重要;(2)浙江省旅游业对交通运输业、住宿业和餐饮业的直接拉动作用最大,但娱乐、购物等非基本旅游消费占旅游消费的比例偏低,其旅游消费结构有待进一步调整和改善;(3)旅游业作为浙江省国民经济的后续产业和最终需求型产业,其发展必然会带动相关产业的发展,并对先行产业起到积极的拉动作用;(4)浙江省旅游业对国民经济的推动作用远大于国民经济发展对它的拉动作用,建议旅游业采取主动发展的模式。
By taking the input-output model and based on the input-output table of Zhejiang province in 2005, the paper measures quantitatively the industry’s correlation and spread effect of tourism in Zhejiang province from the input and output structure, the indexes of intermediate demand and input ratio, the induction coefficient and impact coefficient. The results indicate: 1.The characteristics of internal coefficient and "self-sale from self-production" in tourism Industry are quite obvious. It is particularly important to strengthen the cooperation among tourism businesses. 2. Tourism industry in Zhejiang province exerts the largest direct pull capacity to transportation, hospitality industry and catering industry, but non-basic tourist consumption such as entertainment and shopping accounts for low proportion of tourist consumption,so its tourist consumption structure is yet to be further adjusted and improved. 3. As the follow-up and end-demand industry, tourism development in Zhejiang province will surely bring along the development of related industries and play a positive and pulling role to other industries. 4. The push function of tourism industry is far larger than that from the development of national economy. The active development mode is suggested for tourism Industry.
