摘要
在开放获取迅速发展的今天,OA资源库的建设不仅是开放获取的重要内容,而且是开放获取发展的基础工程。首先分析了OA资源库建设的流程,重点阐述了在资源库建设过程中资源采集、存储、规范控制、资源更新维护的相关内容,详细分析了自动采集软件的工作原理,以及在开放获取这个大环境下,资源库建设的价值和意义。
In the rapid development of open access, the construction of OA resource library is not only the important content of open access, but also the base of the development of open access. This paper firstly analyzes the process of the construction of OA resource library, highlights the related content such as resource acquisition, storage, authority control, resource updating and maintenance in the resource library construction, and analyzes the working principle of the automatic acquisition software, and the significance and meaning of the construction of resource library in this environment.
