Survivin在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的控讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)和正常膀胱移行上皮细胞中的表达与意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术(S-P法)检测56例膀胱移行细胞癌,16例正常膀胱组织凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin的表达,分析其表达情况与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期的关系。结果Survivin在正常膀胱移行上皮细胞中不表达,膀胱移行细胞癌组织中Survivin的阳性表达百分率为70%,Survivin在正常膀胱移行上皮细胞和BTCC中的表达之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论Survivin是膀胱癌的分子标志物之一,可望用于膀胱癌的辅助诊断和预后判断。 Objective To study the expression and significance of Survivin in bladder transitiona cell carcinoma( BTCC ) and normal bladder tissue. Methods The expressions of Survivin was detected using SP immunohistochemical technique in 56 cases of BTCC and 16 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results The positive expressions of Survivin were 70% in BTCC, and no positive expressions were found in normal bladder tissues. The expressions of Survivin has significant difference in normal bladder tissues and BTCC ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Survivin is a good molecular marker of BTCC which is maybe helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis of BTCC.
