摘要
目的：建立同时测定骨疏康颗粒中淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水,二元梯度洗脱0→30 min（20∶80→50∶50）,平衡10 min,流速为1 ml/min,柱温：25℃,检测器：VWD检测器,检测波长为283 nm（0-12 min）和270 nm（12-40 min）。结果：淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷的线性范围分别为30-150μg/ml（r=0.999 7）和10-50μg/ml（r=0.999 5）,平均回收率分别为100.04%和100.23%。结论：用HPLC法梯度洗脱能将淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷较好地分离检测,提高时效,减少误差。方法准确、可靠,重现性好,可用于骨疏康颗粒的质量控制。
Objective：To determine the contents of icariin and naringin in Gushukang granules at the same time.Methods：Diamonsil C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-water 0→30 min（20∶80→50∶50）as mobile phase.Detector was a VWD and detection wavelength was 283 nm at 0-12 min,and 270 nm at 12-40 min.Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results：The linear ranges of icariin and naringin were 30-150 μg/ml（r=0.999 7）and 10-50 μg/ml（r=0.999 5）,respectively.The average recovery rates of icariin and naringin were 100.04% and 100.23%,respectively.Conclusion：The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive and reliable,and can be used for quality control of Gushukang granules.
