摘要 目的:探讨循证护理在子痫并发HELLP综合征产妇中的实践,寻求有效护理措施,提高护理质量。方法:运用循证护理的方法护理2例子痫并发HELLP综合征产妇。结果:子痫并发HELLP综合征的产妇通过循证护理方法,痊愈出院。结论:循证护理方法在子痫并发HELLP综合征产妇中的应用,提高了护理质量,融洽了护患关系,取得了良好的护理效果。 Objective： To explore the evidence -based nursing HELLP syndrome in noeclampsia concurrent in practice, and seek effective maternal nursing measures, improve the quality of nursing. Method： Using the methods of evidence -based nursing care HELLP syndrome is associated with two examples of mothers. Result： Noeclampsia HELLP syndrome complicated by evidence - based nursing mothers. Concusion： Evidence -based nursing HELLP syndrome in noeclampsia concurrent maternal application, improved the quality of nursing, harmonious relationship between armor, and achieved good effect of nursing.
