摘要
采用小型浓缩提取设备提取重楼并制备重楼浸膏粉,用高效液相色谱法测定重楼皂苷的含量:色谱柱Lichrospher100RP-18e(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),以乙腈-水为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长203 nm,柱温25℃.在此条件下测定重楼浸膏中皂苷含量为Ⅶ:90.86 mg/g,PA:89.93 mg/g,H:198.02 mg/g,Ⅵ:302.57 mg/g,Ⅰ:27.22 mg/g,Ⅱ:137.18 mg/g.此法制备重楼浸膏简单方便,能够简易快捷测定重楼浸膏中重楼皂苷的含量.
To extract Paris Polyphylla Smith and prepare steroidal saponins extraction power by using a small extracting instrument, the contents of steroidal saponins were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Lichrospher 100RP- 18e(5 um,4.6 mm × 250 mm) , the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the UV detection was performed at 203 nm, and the column temperature was 35℃. Under this condition, the contents of steroidal saponins were as follows : 90.86 mg/g of Ⅶ, 89.93 mg/g of PA, 198.02 mg/g of H, 302.57 mg/g of Ⅵ, 27.22 mg/g of I and 137.18 mg/g of Ⅱ. This method proved to be simple for preparing steroidal saponins extraction power and the contents of steroidal saponins can be determined easily and quickly by HPLC.
