摘要
建立了激光二极管侧面泵浦复合晶体薄片激光器的数值模型,考虑到光束在晶体边界的折射,得出了晶体薄片内的泵浦光分布情况。分析了二极管个数、泵浦距离、吸收系数、光束发散角及晶体薄片半径对薄片内泵浦光分布和吸收效率的影响规律。理论结果与相关的实验基本相符,可为二极管泵浦固体激光器的结构设计和实验研究提供理论参考。
A mathematic model of the thin composite crystal disk side-pumped by laser-diode (LD) is set up. The pump distribution of thin crystal disk is obtained considering the refraction of light at the interface. The influence disciplinarian of the number of LD and the pump distance and the light divergence angle and the radius of crystal disk on pump distribution and absorption efficiency of crystal disk is obtained and analyzed. The theoretical results accord with interrelated experiment and provide theoretical reference for the design of solid laser pumped by LD and experimental analysis.
