摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法128例异位妊娠患者随机分为单用米非司酮组(A组)、单用甲氨蝶呤组(B组)和甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮组(C组),对3组疗效进行比较。结果A组治愈率76.2%,B组治愈率72.7%,C组治愈率90.4%,C组与、AB组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。血β-HCG值下降至正常的时间分别为(16.21±2.23)d、(17.14±2.41)d和(12.6±92.12)d,C组与A、B组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后C组临床各指标明显缓解(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮是治疗异位妊娠一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To explore the curative effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone on ectopic pregnancy. Methods 128 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups, group A was treated with mifepristone singly, group B was treated with methot rexate,and group C was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate. Results The cure ratio of group A, group B and group C was 76.2%, 72.7%, and 90.4% respectively. There was significant difference in group C and group A,B （P〈0.05）.The serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin （β-HCG）decreased to norml ranges in （16.21 ±2.23） days, （17.14 ±2.41） days and （12.69 ±2.12） days respectively.There was obvious difference between groupC and the others （P〈0.05）.The various clinical indicators of group C had a significant mitigation after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion It was an effective and safe methods for Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
