摘要 系统搭建了风力发电机传动链的振动测试平台。以MSP430F149、MAX197、MAX291、无线通讯模块SRWF-1021等器件设计的数据采集无线传输系统,配合PC机和虚拟仪器软件,就可以在线观测振动波形、存储振动数据。利用MATLAB软件进行频谱分析,最终实现了风力发电机工作状态的诊断。系统设计具有耗电量低、传输距离远、速度快、可靠性高等优点。 The system builds a wind turbine transmission chain vibration test platform.The data collection wireless transmission system which is designed by MSP430F149,MAX197,MAX291,the wireless communication module SRWF-1021,and cooperates with PC and virtual instrument software,can realize the online observation on the vibration waveform and the storage of the vibration data.The system uses MATLAB software for spectrum analysis,finally realizes diagnosis of the work state of wind turbines.The system design is low power consumption,long-distance transmission,fast speed and high reliability.
