摘要
目的通过在手术室开展人性化护理,缓解患者对手术的应激反应,促进手术的顺利进行,提高手术患者对护理工作的满意度。方法选择2009年1月至2009年4月120例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,分为实验组与对照组各60例,对实验组实行人性化护理,对照组实行传统式护理。结果实验组通过人性化护理应激反应明显降低(P<0.05),实验组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室开展人性化护理,能有效缓解患者的应激反应,护士的工作满意度得到提高。

Objective To alleviate the patients stress reaction in the operation,to facilitate the operation be carried out smoothly,and to improve the patients satisfaction of the nursing by carrying out the humanistic nursing care in operating room.Methods 120 patients were selected from all pregnant women who had received the operation during Jan 2009 to Apr 2009,and they were be separated to two group. Experiment group was received humanistic nursing care while the contrast group was received traditional nursing model during the operation.Results The stress reaction of the experiment group was lightened distinctly(P〈0.05),and satisfaction of the nursing of the experiment group was improved distinctly contrast to the traditional group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The stress reaction of the patients can be alleviated in the operation and the patients' satisfaction of the nursing can be improved through the unfolding of humanistic nursing care.
