摘要
山西地区患者,血清adiponectin水平,糖尿病肾病(DN)组较单纯糖尿病组显著升高;白蛋白尿组血清adiponectin水平较正常对照组、单纯糖尿病组、早期DN组显著升高。Adiponectin水平与尿白蛋白排泄率呈正相关,与腰臀比呈负相关。DN大量白蛋白尿期血清脂联素水平显著升高。
In Shanxi province,serum adiponectin concentration in diabetic nephropathy （DN） group was significantly higher than that of simple diabetes mellitus （SDM） group.In clinical diabetic nephropathy group with massive albumiuuria it was remarkably higher than those of normal control,SDM,and early DN.Furthermore,serum adiponectin concentration was positively correlated with urinary albumin excretion rate and negatively correlated with waist hip ratio.Adiponectin is markedly increased in patients with overt DN.
