摘要
目的探讨半夏泻心汤促进胃溃疡愈合的机制。方法采用乙酸胃腔内注射方法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,用RT-PCR技术检测半夏泻心汤治疗后胃组织转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA的表达情况。结果中药大、中、小剂量组大鼠TGF-β1 mRNA、VEGF mRNA的表达上调明显。结论半夏泻心汤可通过上调TGF-β1、VEGF mRNA等生长因子表达,促进血管新生,组织修复,促进溃疡愈合。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating gastric ulcer. Methods Acetic acid was perfused into the gastric cavitties of rats to produce animal model of gastric ulcer. RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of TGF-β1 and VEGF mRNA in gastric tissue of rats after treatment with BD. Results The expression levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF mRNA in Banxia Xiexin decoction groups with different doses were up-regulated remarkablely. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction can promote angiogenesis, tissue recovery and ulcer healing by up-regulating the expressions of TGF and VEGF mRNA.
