摘要
从多方面考察了碱性脂肪酶超滤浓缩液的稳定性，推导出液体碱性脂肪酶失活动力学方程，得出了液体碱性脂肪酶的失活级数为1．
In this paper,many factors that affect the stability of concentrated liquid alkaline lipase by using ultrafiltration were studied. The dynamical equation losing activity of liquid alkaline lipase was obtained,thus reached that order losing activity of liquid alkaline lipase was 1. 36,and made a suggestion to increase the enzymic stability
