摘要
分析了高铬白口铸铁的滑动磨损机制,研究了不同热处理工艺对材料的抗磨损性能的影响。实验结果表明,高铬白口铸铁的滑动磨损机制为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损的复合形式;在进行脱稳处理时,适度延长保温时间,使二次析出的碳化物团聚长大,有助于材料耐磨性能的提高。
The sliding wear mechanism between high chromium white cast iron and metal was analyzed, the effect of heat treatment processes on wear resistance was researched. The results show that the sliding wear mechanism are adhesive wear and abrasive wear, and during the quenching treatment, prolonging holding time can make the secondary carbides reunite and grow up, and improve wear resistance of the material.
