摘要
采用电聚合方法制备了对氨基苯甲酸修饰玻碳电极,并用该电极对铜离子进行富集测定,探讨了最佳实验条件.实验表明,在pH3.1的NaNO3溶液中,铜离子的还原峰电流与铜离子浓度在0.02~0.50mmol.L-1之间出现良好的线性关系,检测限为0.01mmol.L-1.用该方法进行样品测定,平均回收率为98.03%,结果令人满意.
A p-aminobenzoic acid modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared using electropolymerization method. Copper( Ⅱ ) ion can be accumulated on the modified electrode and detec- ted with cyclic vohammetric method. The optimal detection conditions were researched in de- tail. Experiments showed that there existed linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of copper( Ⅱ ) in the range of 0.02 to 0.50 mmol · L-1 in pH 3.1 NaNO3 solution, with the detection limit of 0.01 mmol· L-1 The average recovery of the result was 98.03 %. This method was simple and acurate.
