摘要
为获得最优的采场结构参数,提出了一种基于层次分析法和模糊数学理论(FAHP)的综合评价方法.综合考虑各动态、静态、定量、定性指标,如经济、安全、技术等指标,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,利用模糊数学原理选择合理的隶属度函数,建立模糊综合评判模型,并进行模糊优选.以康家湾矿的采场结构参数选择为实例,对采场结构参数进行正交组合,建立9种备选方案,以有限元数值模拟为手段获取影响因素指标值,并利用FAHP对5种稳定可行的方案组合进行优选,最终得出各方案优越度为:方案2,60.5%;方案3,65.8%;方案5,78.5%,方案6,65.9%;方案8,73.1%,从而确定方案5最优.
The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics were used to form a new assessment method of stope structural parameters. Dynamic, static, fixed and non-fixed factors, both quantitative and qualitative in nature, related to working on the stope were considered. Economic, safety and technical factors were included. AHP was used to weight the factor vectors and fuzzy mathematics was used to find the adapted membership degree. Given the weighted vectors and the membership matrix a fuzzy judge model was used to optimize the stope's parameters. Nine schemes, fitting an orthogonal model, were tested in the Kangjiawan lead-zinc mine. Finite element simulations were used to find the influence of the factors and five of the nine schemes were assessed by the fuzzy synthetic judge model. The degree of "goodness" of the schemes was 60.5%, 65.8%, 78.5%, 65.9% and 73.1% for the second, third, fifth, sixth and eighth ones, respectively. Hence the fifth scheme is the most optimum.
