摘要高管团队领导是决定企业信息化成败的关键因素.基于以往研究,建立了高管支持的构念模型,并分析了所含维度之间的关系.在此基础上,分析了高管支持对信息化绩效的作用机制,构建了高管支持与信息化绩效的关系模型.研究发现对于提升企业信息化领导力、促进信息系统成功有重要意义. Top Management Support （TMS） is one of the critical factors for information systems success. Based on prior studies, this paper proposed the construct model of TMS and the relationships between the two dimensions. This paper folowed by analysing the effect mechanism of TMS on IS Performance and constructing the relationship model between them. The foundings had rich implications for IS leadership and IS success.
