樱桃叶绿素含量测定方法研究 被引量:46

摘要 以"龙田晚红"樱桃叶片为试材,通过采用不同的有机试剂作为提取液,在不同提取时间下进行叶绿素含量的测定。结果表明,用1∶1的80%丙酮和95%乙醇混合液提取的叶绿素含量最高,可达3.848 mg/g,显著高于其他有机试剂,用95%乙醇提取的叶绿素含量最低,为2.682 mg/g;浸提14 h时,叶绿素含量最高,16 h后含量趋于稳定。 Several organic reagents and the mixed of them were used in the experiment to extract chlorophyll from cherry leaves of Longtianwanhong at various time. The results showed that the mixed reagent of 80% acetone with 95% ethyl alcohol in ra- tio of 1 : 1 had the best result and the extracted chlorophyll was as high as 3.848 mg/g, which was significantly higher than with the other organic reagents. With 95% ethyl alcohol the extracted chlorophyll was the lowest of 2.682 mg/g; 14 h's extraction had the highest extracted chlorophyll and after 16 h's extraction, the extracted chlorophyll would keep stable.
