摘要
韩新民教授认为,肺属娇脏,小儿肺常不足,又易为六淫之邪所侵,故临床以外感咳嗽多见。因发病原因及年龄、体质等因素的不同,其临床证候各异。临床上对外感咳嗽提出早期以宣肺散邪为先;中期以清热化痰为主;过敏咳嗽重在抗敏肃肺。
Professor Han Xinmin believes that the lung is known as the ＂delicate Zang-organ＂, pediatric lung being ever in deficiency, and also easily invaded by six exopathogens. Therefore, the exopathic cough is more common in clinic. Due to the etiology, age and physical factors, there are differences in the clinical syn- dromes. Clinically, Professor Hart puts forward that we have to treat exopathic cough step by step, that is to say, at the early stage of exopathic cough, dispersing lung qi and dispelling pathogen would be the first; in the mid-term, we should take the method of clearing heat and removing phlegm as the principal thing; additional- ly, there is another disease called anaphylactic cough, we have to pay more attention to anti-allergic and de- scending lung qi.
