摘要
以海水淡化后浓海水为原料完成蒸发浓缩析盐规律研究,实验结果表明:浓海水蒸发浓缩硫酸钙的析出点为12.21°Be(′d=1.091 3g/cm3);氯化钠析出点为25.78°Be′(d=1.216 0 g/cm3),浓海水蒸发浓缩过程组成变化规律与海水浓缩过程组成变化规律完全一致。浓海水日晒制盐是完全可行的。
The paper studied the crystallization law of salts of the condensed seawater after desalination based on evaporation and condensation experiments. The results show that when the concentration of the condensed seawater is 12.21 °Be′(g/cm^3 ) , the crystallization of calcium sulphate begins to form. And also, when the concentration of the condensed seawater is 25.78 °Be′ (g/cm^3) , the crystallization of sodium chloride begins to form. This conclusion is in full accord with the crystallization law of salts of seawater, which indicated that the condensed seawater after desalination can be used to produce solar salt.
