摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备CTS-SiO2-Ag+共混膜,采用水合肼作为还原剂,将膜中Ag+还原为单质纳米Ag颗粒并镶嵌在共混膜中,制备出具有良好拉伸强度和抑菌性能的CTS-SiO2-Ag共混膜。用红外光谱、扫描电镜表征了膜的微观结构,探讨了银的添加量、热处理等因素对膜性能的影响。结果表明,加入适量Ag+并对成膜进行适当的热处理,可以增强共混膜的机械强度和抑菌性能。当0.01mol/L的Ag+溶液的加入体积V(Ag+)=0.8mL时,共混膜的拉伸强度达到最佳,0.8mL<V(Ag+)<1.0mL时,膜的抑菌性能达到最佳。
CTS-SiO2-Ag+ composite films are formed by using the Sol-Gel reaction,CTS-SiO2-Ag composite films with good mechanics capability and anti-bacteria capability are formed by reverting Ag+ to nano-Ag and setting into composite films.The application of FT-IR spectra,SEM indicates the microstructure of the films.Mechanics capability and anti-bacteria capability are analyzed in this article.The experimental results demonstrated that the appropriate Ag+' adding and heat treatment can enhance the mechanics capability and anti-bacteria capability of composite films:when V(Ag+)(0.01 mol/L)=0.8 mL the mechanics capability of composite films is best;when 0.8 mL<V(Ag+)(0.01 mol/L)<1.0 mL the anti-bacteria capability of composite films is best.
