摘要
采用结构方程的方法探讨了中国中小型企业员工人际和谐观和组织承诺各维度之间的映射,区别探讨了企业员工人际和谐观子维度与组织承诺子维度的关系,证明了价值和谐与组织承诺维度有显著正向关系,而工具和谐与组织承诺维度没有显著关系。
This paper analyzes the relationships between Inter - Personal harmony values of employees and organizational commitment, and then it discusses the relation between different dimensions of Inter - Personal harmony values of employees and organizational commitment, It eonfirmes that it has remarkable significant positive relationships between certain specific dimensions in values harmony and organizational commitment in the end, but there is no significant positive relationship between tools harmony and organizational commitment.
