摘要
通过分析广西农业科技110工作的现状与特点,指出在广西农业科技110服务体系的建设过程中存在科技信息服务资源分散、科技信息开发深度不够、缺乏稳定和专业化的服务队伍、缺乏市场化驱动机制等问题。并提出农业科技110应明确其公益性事业为主,结合市场化服务的工作性质;明确政府的主导作用和主要任务;企业应成为农业科技110的服务主体;农业科技110服务方式和内容应多元化,发展专业化有偿服务等发展思路。
The present paper is an attempt to introduce the current status and characteristics of agricultural technology service hotline 110 in Guangxi. In the process of constructing service system for agricultural technology service hotline 110, some problems have been observed, including scattered science and technology information resources, limited information resource development profundity, lack of stable and professional service groups and advertisements, etc. It has been suggested that agricultural technology service hotline 110 should be clarified to be the public welfare using its proper advertisement. Government plays a leading role in the process of constructing service system for agricultural technology service hotline 110, while enterprises are the main information service providers. So it is imperative to clarify the government＇s involvement. The service mode and content should be diversified and highly professional.
