摘要 左旋肉碱是线粒体脂肪酸β-氧化过程中的重要成分,临床上主要用于心血管、泌尿、神经与男性生殖系统疾病的治疗。近年来,有文献报道左旋肉碱在抑制卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡、促进卵子体外成熟及胚胎发育等方面具有重要意义。左旋肉碱的应用可能为改善辅助生殖技术的妊娠结局,尤其是多囊卵巢综合征和子宫内膜异位症患者的妊娠结局提供一项新技术。 L-Carnitine is an essential nutrients in the organism, which plays an important rote in transport of fatty acid from cytoplasm to mitochondria for energy production. L-carnitine plays a significant role in the cardiovascular, urinary, nervous and male reproductive system. Recent years, some studies showed that L-carnitine may protect the cumulus cells from apoptotlc death ,support the viability of growing oocytes and improve the embryogenesis of cultured embryos because its potent antioxidant effect. This may be bene cial in improving pregnancy outcomes by assisted reproductive technology,especially for the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis.
