摘要
东汽作为国有大型发电设备制造企业,拥有对大型发电机组的分散控制系统的成套能力,但是从未涉及过电站辅助车间控制系统的设计和开发。文章通过对整个电站辅助车间系统和功能的分析,提出了相应的网络结构设计、各个系统控制方案,采用IA系统的控制器进行控制,并在实际工作中,对控制逻辑和功能进行了不断的改进和完善,能满足电厂辅助车间控制系统的集中监控、分散控制的要求。
Abs As a large state-owned manufacturer of power equipment, Dongfang Steam Turbine Works has the capability to produce complete set of Dispersed Controlling System for large power generating units, but we are not involved in design and development of auxiliary shop control system in the the power plant. This paper proposes a corresponding scheme for the whole auxiliary shop of the power plant control through the analysis of principle and techniques of auxiliary shop system, brings forward corresponding design of the network structure and the project of every control system, and according I/A Series controller to control the auxiliary shop. With practice in our company the control logic and function is improved on and perfected continuously. It is proved that the control system of auxiliary shop can satisfy the needs of center supervision and distributed control.
