摘要
云南大山包黑颈鹤自然保护区位于昭通市昭阳区大山包乡.该自然保护区属亚高山沼泽化草甸湿地,区内自然环境复杂,生境类型多样,藻类资源十分丰富,藻类植物中尤以鼓藻类最为突出.通过对大山包大海子、跳墩河水体中鼓藻标本的采集、观察及分类学鉴定,确定了鼓藻目鼓藻科9属33种,双星藻目中带鼓藻科2属2种.并根据大山包生态环境对鼓藻分布的影响进行了分析,以及根据蓝藻商、绿藻商对大山包大海子、跳墩河水质进行了初步分析评价.
Dashanbao Grus nigricollins National Nature Reserve is located in Zhaotong city of Yunnan,belonging to sub-alpine meadow-bog with diversified habitats and complex natural environment.Algae resource in this area is very rich,and especially characterized by the wide distribution of desmids.After studying the desmids in the water masses of Dahaizi and Tiaodunhe,thirty three species of desmids were identified which belonged to nine genera of Desmidiaceae and Desmidiales,and other two species belonged to two genera of Mesotaeniaceae and Zygnematales.The ecological environmental effect on the distribution of desmids in Dashanbao was analyzed.The water quality of Dahaizi and Tiaodunhe of Dashanbao were analyzed and evaluated according to the proportion of blue algae and chlorella.
