摘要
目的探讨慢性溃疡创面选用不同类型皮瓣修复的方法及效果。方法1990年至2009年,36例体表慢性溃疡创面,溃疡时间40 d～2年,采用推进皮瓣、旋转皮瓣、岛状皮瓣、带蒂皮瓣和游离皮瓣进行修复,修复缺损创面的面积最小为3 cm×4cm,最大为8 cm×18 cm。结果术后皮瓣全部成活,随访3个月～5年,溃疡创面均获得治愈。结论应用皮瓣修复体表溃疡可以促进创面早日愈合,根据溃疡创面缺损相应情况选取不同类型皮瓣修复是成功的关键。
Objective To evaluate the method and result of healing the chronic ulcer wound with various types＇skin flaps.Methods From 1990 to 2009,the chronic ulcer wounds of the body surface in 36 cases were repaired with skin flap advacement,rotation,island,pedicle and free skin flaps respectively.The smallest and largest wound was 3cm×4cm and 8cm×18cm in size.Time of the ulcerating was from 40d to 2 year.Results All the 36 cases were cured in the first period and followed up for 3 to 60 months.Conclusion The procedure for using skin flaps may accelerate to heal the chronic ulcer wound early,but choice compatible with the skin flaps is the key to successful operation.
