摘要
以脂肪醇、环氧乙烷、五氧化二磷为原料,合成了一系列脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,筛选出了理想的渗透产品,并通过多组实验数据考查不同磷酸酯的耐碱性和渗透性。检测结果表明:在强烈搅拌下,分批投入五氧化二磷,原料配比为n(脂肪醇):n(P2O5)=2:1,正辛醇与异辛醇的混合比为1:5时,所得产物有最佳耐碱性和渗透性。
A series of polyethenoxy ether fatty alcohol phosphates were prepared with fatty alcohol, epoxy ethane and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials. And some perfect products of penetrating agents were selected out. The alkali resistance and permeability of different phosphates were investigated through the multi-group experimental data. The test result shows that feeding at batches and stirring strongly,n(fatty alcohol) : n(P2O5)=2, n(capryl alcohol) : n(iso-octanol)=1:5 ,the product has the best alkali resistance and permeability.
