高温熔盐在螺旋槽管内传热特性的试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 以熔盐为传热介质对不同几何参数的螺旋槽管内的传热特性进行了试验研究,结果表明,与光管相比,螺旋槽管可以有效提高管内传热系数,且槽深的增加有利于强化传热。工作温度较高时,熔盐粘度低而流动阻力小,螺旋槽管的强化传热效果更为突出。通过多元线性回归法得到高粘度和低粘度熔盐在螺旋槽管内努塞尔数的准则方程式,为吸热器的工程设计提供了理论依据。 With molten salt as the heat transfer medium,the heat transmission characteristics of the salt in the spirally corrugated tube of different geometric parameters were studied through the experiment.The result shows that,compared with the light pipe,the spirally corrugated tube can effectively improve the heat transfer coefficient in it and the increase of the flute depth is favorable to the enhancement of heat transmission.When the operation temperature is relatively high,the molten salt has a low viscosity and flow resistance,resulting in a more remarkable effect of heat transfer enhancement.The Nusselt-number rule equation of high-viscosity and low-viscosity molten salt in the tube was obtained by means of the multiple linear regression method,which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of heat transfer efficiency as well as the engineering design of the heat absorber.
