摘要
根据三电平整流器的数学模型,直观地分析了三电平整流器直流侧中点电位与电压矢量的关系。提出了一种小矢量合成虚拟矢量的脉宽调制策略,该策略采用小矢量合成虚拟中矢量,使直流侧中点电位的平衡度和平衡能力大大提高,特别在整流器启动等电流变化剧烈的场合。通过调制模式对整流器性能进行分析,对三电平整流器装置的产品化有实用价值。系统仿真验证了该方法的正确性。
According to the mathematical model of three-level rectifier, the relationship between the neutral-point potential in DC side and voltage vector PWM was analyzed. A novel virtual vector PWM was presented, whose virtual medium vectors are synthesized by small vectors, and the balance degree and balance capability of neu- tral-point potential in DC side are remarkably improved,specially in situation of current varied widely, such as rectifier starting. It is of practical value that the effects of modulating mode on rectifier were analyzed. The simulating results prove that the proposed method is correct.
