摘要
抗侧滚扭杆用于增加车辆的抗侧滚刚度。文章理论分析了抗侧滚扭杆的刚度和强度,详细推导了抗侧滚刚度的计算方法。文中建立了抗侧滚扭杆的有限元模型,通过简化加载条件,计算和评价了抗侧滚扭杆的静强度、疲劳强度和最大剪切应力,同时计算了两种工况下的抗侧滚刚度。分析表明:理论值和计算值误差不大,但需进一步优化。
Anti-roll bar is mounted to enhance the stiffness of rolling stock. This paper analyzes the intensity and stiffness of anti-rolling bar theoretically, and deduces method of stiffness calculation. It also establishes finite element analysis and judges static strength, fatigue strength and maximal shearing slrength by simplifying conditions of loading, and analyzes the anti-rolling stiffness by finite element analysis. The results show the error is small, but the analysis needs optimization.
