济钢6m焦炉投产时,由于湿法熄焦系统的自控软件未安装到位等原因,焦炭水分较高,通过编制熄焦系统控制软件,改进水量控制方式,优化调整系统参数等,焦炭水分由7%～9%降至5%以下,年降低成本2030万元。
At the beginning of Jinan Steel’s 6 m coke oven, the automatic control software for the wet quenching system was not set; as a result the coke moisture was high. By coke quenching control system, optimizing and adjusting the system parameters etc, the coke moisture was decreased to 5% below from 7% to 9% and the cost was reduced by 20.3 million Yuan per year.
